If you purchase an item after 4PM est Standard time, you have to follow the hours of shipping. Shipping hours are 8AM - 4PM since shipping centers close usually around 5PM.. Even if they would to be open later, their shipping is around normal business hours. You would need to place an order an hour prior to the end of normal business hours to be able to ship item that day. Orders take up to 1 day to process (normally 15 mins -1 hour) to get your tracking number within the time frame of 1-2 business days (Usually the next day after you order or same day if you order during business hours).
Depending on where your location is will determine how long your vaporizer will get to your location. Shipping is free for most of the vaporizers. We ship from the US, lower 48 states get free shipping on most products. Shipping outside the United States usually takes more time. Don't worry if it takes more than a 2 days for your vaporizer to get to you, this is typical for this type of merchandise especially if you are outside the US (Usually takes 2-3 business days, average).

YourVaporizers.Com ships internationally. YourVaporizers.Com is constantly monitoring the laws concerning shipments across borders concerning nicotine products. At this time these products can be only be shipped to U.S. Addresses. All non-nicotine products and our vaporizers can be shipped Nationwide as well as internationally (We are not liable for lost, stolen, seized or confiscated products). Expect your shipping number to be emailed to you within 1 day after ordering. If it is on the weekend, expect it on that coming Monday. Some cases tracking number takes an extra day but usually if it is before 5PM EST we can provide tracking that day.
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. UPS shipping is available in Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Express Saver, 2 Days and Ground. All shipping times are estimated. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are not within our control. (weather, electricity, delivery delays by the carriers).
Free shipping is USPS 3 day select.
All International shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders.
Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and Customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to shipments that ship internationally. We currently do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Boxes.
All international customers must know their countries policies on shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, confiscated, seized orders to your country. Delays over 4 months may have been seized. You should contact the mail carrier about your order. International orders that want insurance on their item must contact us prior to ordering.

Make sure you submit the correct address the very first time you order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once tracking proves it has been delivered, it's your responsibility to make sure you're able to receive that package. If address is incorrect, You must email us within 15 minutes after you place an order, we're not liable to pay the costs if the items ends up missing. If you want a signature confirmation you must tell us within the 15 minute time period. Sorry it's so quick, since we ship out really quick, we must implement our timetable policy. You must make sure you spell all your information correctly to prevent anything from complicating your delivery.

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including FREE OVERNIGHT and other expedited services). In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on Mondays of the following week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

We understand that our customers will want to update your account information. We cannot change your orders shipping address once the order has been processed. Make sure you get all your account information correct, so there will be no problems in the order delivery date. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
You may return and item if it is the incorrect item you purchased. We will not refund you if your product is used. If your product is the wrong item, we will ship you out the correct item once you ship the wrong item back to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). There is a 10-14 day inspection period from the warranty company. Refunds can take up to 30 days to have your refund deposited back to the original payment method.
